Stephen Craft leads a zoomcast Yoga class every Wednesday night at 7 pm. It is Vinyasa yoga for all levels and includes stretching, core strengthening, and finishes with a wonderful meditation. Please contact Stephen Craft for zoom instructions.

Preparation of 50 "grab and go" meals for Bread and Roses. Group of four volunteers will be preparing sandwiches and organizing bags with other food items. This is part of the Community Action Team outreach programs. Contact Charlene Curtin for more information.
