The North Parish Mission

Our mission states: “Empowered by love, we are an inclusive, free-thinking faith community that awakens curiosity, nourishes the spirit, encourages growth and inspires compassionate action.” Our members are invited to support this mission and to co-create the radical welcome, mutual care, communal experiences, and social justice collaborations that define our “beloved community”. We assume there will be times when we need to receive more than we give, and times when we can give more than we receive. Over time, we all participate in, are nurtured by, and shaped by the “ministries” of the congregation.

Financial Support of the Congregation and its Mission

More than 80% of our funding comes from our congregation. Since all members can vote on the budget, we ask all members to support that budget by giving financial contributions consistent with their financial resources. Letting us know in advance what you intend to give over the span of a year enables us to plan the budget; this is called “pledging”. Please check one of the boxes below:
